報紙拿小販的女兒照片打悲情牌的同時，忘記了報紙應有的另一方麵社會責任。就是鼓勵每個人都有守法的社會責任，你在縱容所謂的弱勢小販的一方違法的時候，你也別指望將來你當政時會有人守法---在野黨的思維永遠無法當政。有人說城管好象是中國特色，在美國有同樣的部門，叫CITY CODE INSPECTOR，以NY為例，街頭小販有幾萬，NY城管每天寫多少罰單，遇到抗法的，警察伺候！！指著警察鼻子罵，就是牢獄伺候，廣州有個體戶過兩百萬，街頭小販至少有十幾萬，一兩個不守法的拿下來是正常的，不信你帶你孩子今天在美國的街道上違法擺攤再指著警察鼻子罵，我估計結果比廣州的小販還慘，你的行為已經造成了對你孩子的傷害，那個小販本身就應該自省
