美國的公共交通也是“巨虧”的，車票隻能支付10%的費用

洛杉磯大都會交通局是美國最大交通局之一，有近1萬員工，提供公共汽車，地鐵/輕軌，等公共交通服務。車票隻能支付10%的費用。其他是靠稅收和借貸。該局被評為美國最有效率的交通局。

我坐公車已有15年了。每月車費120，減去公司補貼，每月隻需50元。公車對緩解交通堵塞，減少汽車汙染，服務沒車的窮人，不能以簡單的盈虧來衡量的。當然追求良好的效益是必須的。
