在現在的fiscal situation 這是一個很好的personal finance planning stratedy .

當然 你需要 一些Liquid asset  to pay the resulting tax liability.  but in the long run, you will shelter some caiptial taxation.  You will also avoid required minimum distributions when you turn 70 1/2.
