After 18年, the baby can become a US citizen. What could happen after 18年 in both China and USA? Even after 18 years when the kid comes to USA, he/she will have a complete different enviornment for school and social life? How about the baby's parents? They can only become a USA citizen after the bady grows up and sponsor the petition.....which means that the parents can come to USA as legal immigrant after 20 years?....移民美國確實簡單, but it needs 20年.....
