美國人民很幸福，剛才在mls上查聖蓋博的房子，也不是很貴麽。

一套2000尺的townhouse，也隻要42萬。要知道我們小區的1500尺的都要48萬了。

最近在看得房子都在80萬以上。不過我記得矽穀的房子應該都在百萬以上啊。
