借貴壇請指教一下和中國的這種合作會不會給我帶來麻煩？

我現在每年會發幾篇文章在一流專業雜誌上，當然帶的是我服務的公司的名字。 我在中國的師妹在中國的二流大學教書。現在這所二流大學教欲聘我為學校的客座教授並指導他們課題組開展科研。

他們學校要求我發表的論文要帶他們大學的名字，他們用來申請項目及評獎。這樣幹會不會被我現在的公司開掉或告個間諜啊？畢竟我每年發的文章都是用的公司的生產和實驗數具。

他們剛聯係我，我想做，有怕有麻煩，高人指點一下，怎樣才能既做，又沒麻煩？

幾年前就有公司反複邀請我申請他們伸報的千人計劃，當時同樣的靠慮，沒答應。一年年過去了，想趁年輕做點事，省得以後心有餘而力不足啊。
