first they will claim only tax rich. Increased tax certainly won't fill hole. Then increasing sales tax, DMV fees... which everybody pays. The problem is the gov expands the program one after another. It is not thire money, they spend every penny they collected to get vote from their supporter pool which gets bigger and bigger with low income while business is leaving
