Compare US kids with their Chinese counterpart, top 10 to 20% of US kids are equal or better than Chinese kids.  The rest of 80%, Chinese kids are better than US ones.  Top 20% US kids design iphone and the 80% Chinese make iphone.  I don't what top 20% Chinese kids do in China, but I do know that the bottom 80% US kids do, they are flipping hamburgers.
