it's impossible to share same interest,

but it's common to at least respect each other's value. The so-called Western World does share the value of humanity a lot more than with dictatorships.

In today's world, it's impossible to repeat British colonies. So it's crucial that nations are relatively stable. It should be enforced by a stable system, that single nutcases won't be able to bring the whole nation into chaos and craze.
