the most problematic one is goverment employee 工會. The private

company empolyee 工會, if they ask too much, the company just say, Ok we bankrupt, everything wiped out, existing pension decided by court, typically cut a lot. So the 工會 has to give in. For goverment empolyee 工會, the emploer is goverment, to get the vote, they will match 工會's asking price, the consequence, Dem gets elected, by all state citizens pay higher and higher tax to fill the hole. Soon or later, people wil say enough iss enough. Wisconsin is an example, 工會 made the recall but failed.
