如果戶口製是非人道的，美國的學區製度也是非人道的

inner city裏麵的小孩，學校經費少，教育質量差。   在inner city裏的project，培養出來的，基本上就是社會的廢人。  個人無論怎麽努力，基本上沒有前途和希望，還受盡歧視。 他們長大以後唯一能做的就是賣drug。  他們的很大可能就是: 要麽被抓起來判刑，要麽被對手打死。

憑什麽project的孩子必須是還在project？

憑什麽project的孩子，不可以進好的學區上學?

project它就是徹頭徹尾的現代社會的種族隔離區(ghetto)。  我們之所以平時不那麽關心它的存在，因為對華人的影響並不大。  

中國的城市戶口也那樣。  我們大都來自大城市，不太會關心農村裏的不容易。  

但任何一個社會都一樣，都有貧富差距，而且還能代代相傳。 好多是命，如果你恰巧生在農村，恰巧生在ghetto裏，就隻好企盼下輩子好好重新投胎吧。
