急問：國內外企帶薪年假和周末加班

1） Offer 裏麵寫的vacation (比如三周）能兌現嗎？據說實際上根本沒機會休？

2） 周末加班是常事？ 還不給加班工資？周一到周五一天幹10小時是家常便飯？

我是問上海正規外企（全球500強）的情況。
