美國高檔傳統老區房子不降價反而漲了不少，現在又出現房子上市後幾天幾個買方買房提案。

還有這種社區的人口結構非常有意思，白人還是為主，但亞裔是第2！亞洲人對社會治安教育生活品質的考慮以及在社會職業方麵的明智選擇以及我們默默耕耘的鬥誌，使得亞裔靜靜地贏得更高的社會地位。
