請教：國內手機號怎麽個撥法兒？

國內手機是11個數字，如1-999-9999999. 

我從美國打國內電話一般是 011-8610-9999-9999。 011是什麽？我知道8610是中國北京。

手機的號碼就很糊塗了，我該如何撥號呢？
