請教， 關於國內外faculty position的

自五月底畢業後開始找學術界工作，在美國已有很多麵試，都在進行時，同時北大的教授願意consider me as his research fellow.我想問，research fellow是個什麽概念，是assistant professor類似嗎？還是post doc position? 北京還有兩個大學的機會但要努力。

我已經決定拿個美國公民，6個月內就能辦妥，這對回國工作有什麽影響？

在國內的收入是否要對美國IRS報稅？ 如果要，自己報是否就可以了？
