我們公司的一個同事被派去是管理new group in another country,many functions were deployed to this new group over the last couple of years. It's not in China, but I think it's pretty good spot for him.  I am sure he can get a comparable job back in the company or another company in a couple of years.

所以,位置本身和career path很重要. 帶魚(今天新學的詞)還是次要的,基本好點可以了. 不須太計較.
