and sure enough, they did not wear seat belts.
When I was in China, they rarely wear seat belts. Some cars will make continuous warning sounds if seat belt was not plugged in. What they do is to plug a dummy in to silence the warning noise, instead of wearing the seat belt. I always try to tell them how princess Diane died.
