中國急需的人才（海鷗考察報告1）

 

中國改革開放這麽多年了，社會改變翻天覆地，跟49年建國之初比可謂天壤之別，跟文革時期比也是滄海桑田。

 

國內的社會矛盾多，財富多，機會多；國際上，中國的戲份兒越來越重，新的期望和挑戰並存。

 

中國現在最需要的是出一個有毛能量而具有新世代使命感的新強人。如果我能量身打造一個這樣的強人，那他應該是：博西來那樣的身高，講話風格；周恩來那種個人操守；毛澤東那種膽略和人格魅力雄心壯誌；鄧小平那種常識；。。。

 

我們亞洲人的曆史是強人的曆史，我們隻有靠一個強人來建立出一個比較公平的製度，這才是中國的出路。
