my boss imported furnitures from China. What i saw , after his chaning a few suppliers, is that no chinese care about customers.
they will show a very good sample in the show room, they will smile, and they will ask for the money before sending out he container. after the container arrived here, all kinds of quality problems, such as foot prints on the furniture. my boss told the supplier to improve, no one listen. So he changed suppliers, same problems. Chinese suppliers only care about money, not the customers
