說說招人阿。。

究竟招什麽樣的人來做事情呢。我的經驗是，

hire for talents, not for experience. 這個反反複複的被證明是唯一可以提升team的手段。當然了，要求是，你做老板的能夠retain talents. 同樣的兩個人在我的麵前，特別是年輕人，一個有經驗但是看上去比較循規蹈矩，一個沒有太多的經驗但是看上去很聰敏很能幹，我一般給後麵的機會。當然，也可能我很lucky, 一般都work out. 也會有問題拉，但是總體來說我覺得沒有太多的complain。 這後麵的總是想方設法的做到她／他最好的，我的工作是keep them inspired/motivated (that is when I feel motivated… or inpsired). LOL
