我對中國2012年經濟的預測

 

中小城市過分非理性的房地產跟風開發結束，開發商資金鏈斷裂，一些地方會出現災難性甚至血腥鬼怪場麵街區甚至城市。。。

 

一線城市房地產發展放緩，黃金地帶穩重小漲，邊遠開發區降價，降價幅度平緩。

 

中國人吃苦耐勞，有錢人家早未雨綢繆，高枕無憂，就是窮人，早年就有闖關東，闖南洋，下西洋。。。的抗災難傳統，現在遇到困難，隻是改改天天過年的心態，以後日子照過，小飯館照吃，不會太亂的，放心吧。
