剛從國內回來，也談談我的看法。。。

 

中國GDP的增長的模式是不能帶來相應財富的增長，如拆舊房子，再蓋新的，房價同時漲，大搞無收益的基礎投資高鐵什麽的，僅僅是紙麵GDP增長。。。

同時貪腐集團胃口越來越大，山西國企老總加中保險櫃被盜價值5000萬，貧富懸殊更大，p民收入無法應該高漲的物價，內需不振。通過這幾年的瘋狂印鈔，股市，樓市的收割，錢已經集中在權貴手中。。。

中國股市還是以圈錢為主，從來也經濟基本麵沒太大關係。。。

空氣和食品汙染就不談了，我呆了兩個月病了，不得不逃回來。。。

樓市應該會是一個長期的下跌過程，10-20年的頂峰，同時房產稅會適時推出，雪上加霜。。。

因為通脹高企，政府不敢冒然印鈔，隻敢局部放水，但因前兩年4萬億，以及20+萬億的信貸，攤子鋪得太大，無濟於事。。。

國內物價高漲，很多東西都比美國還貴，RMB貶值已顯，政府怕資金外逃，逆市場而升值，螳臂當車，將來一定會讓自己死的更難看。也許利益集團也想拿廢紙多換些美金而作此。。。

一切都已到極限，現在的政府就是拖，慢則2-3年，快則1-2年，崩盤是大概率事件。。。

G國未來的日子，p民生活將會更加艱辛。。。
