跟國內的白領聊了一會兒，發現

國內的工資水準比美國高了。總監年薪100萬RMB，senior director年薪200萬RMB。可是為什麽我在非你莫屬上看到大部分月薪在1萬以下？
在美國一個VP的工資比一個新的大學畢業生工資也不過四，五倍左右. 在中國顯然是好幾十倍
