第一個數字跟18.3% 很接近; 第二個數字與醫療水平, 醫保benefit coverage有關, 問題複雜一些. 國內的汙染確實很嚴重, 不過也不必去下一些emotional的結論. 重要的是要看看how to helpp them do something to improve the situation, instead of criticizing or laughing at them.
