How many people in Shanghai meet your description? 20Million ? What is the population size of china? 

Why you keep using Shanghai as a representative for China?  By the same analogy, do you want to use Bill Gates as the representative for all Americans, and draw the conclusion that all Americans are ideal rich and are saints?
