想請教一個2009 honda accord的噪音問題

車比較老了，現在開了100K左右，基本沒出過大問題。常規維護都是按時在dealer那裏做的，除此以外，去年不能打火啟動大修了一次，前年空調修了一次。
現在最大的問題是，車開高速（70mph左右）的時候，engine嗡嗡的聲音持續且比較大。我坐前排開車，跟後排說話要很大聲。這樣高速一兩個小時開下來頭都懵了。
想請問大家，這可能是什麽問題？車值得去修嗎，還是換個新車？如果換新車，我在繼續買honda accord和換lexus es350之間猶豫，請大家建議。謝謝！
