with or without oil filter change, with oil change is about 200 cc more, that is what oil filter contains nomally.
The best and safe way to refill the oil is fill in the same amount of what drained out, assuming it was full defore draining.
AND, save 300CC or so to fill in later if it's needed. You can never drain it all out.
