I just programmed keys for Audi Q5 and Subaru Outback:
1) Buy compatible key fobs from Amazon
2) Use XTOOL D7S to program the keys
3) Find a local lock smith to cut the keys
XTOOL D7S costs $350 but it is very useful. You can easily sell it on eBay if you don't want to keep it.
