我也有一輛 E350，隻不過是2016年的，也如你說不是視頻裏的那一種。看了manual 又看了車，真如manual 說的。

manual p 408.  Incase of power failure, the gear selector lever can be manually unlocked, e.g. to tow the vehicle. 

1. open the storage compartment int center armrest

最重要的是 要把那個cupholder 拿出來，你就會看到一個開口。

2. Take out the cup holder !  insert a suitable object through the hole and press the pin downward.

3 remove pin.

先去做做功課再說不行, MoonRiverMe 說的對。 File a complain? 哈哈。
