車check engine 燈亮了

兩周前check engine 燈亮了，兩天後還沒到約定的檢查時間警示燈自己消失不見。去年夏天也曾經出現了一天，還沒約檢查就自己消失。

 

然後昨天警示燈再次出現，今天又不見了。這種情況需要去車行檢查嗎？在沒有警示燈的情況下能查出問題嗎？
