請摧薦一個digital tire gauge，以及哪裏買？謝謝！

因為沒有車子的基本常識，這次在Costco換新輪胎的整個過程，感覺都很糟糕。

換完新胎後, 還得在那裏做maintenance,

卡上說：

1）"have your tire pressure checked once a month by a tire professional"，這是什麽意思？

難道不能自己查？還是說每個月都要去Costco查一次。

2）"return to have your vehicle torque rechecked after driving 25 miles or 40 KM followeing any tire service."

這又是什麽意思？
