請教一下，Subaru Forester 和RAV4相比， 哪個從安全性上比較好？

孩子要去東岸工作， 想給孩子買輛車，目前想在這兩輛中定一個，考慮到東岸經常大雪，想買個安全性好的車，哪個跟好？也曾考慮過買美國車， 覺得結實些，可研究下來，在我們的預算範圍內（3萬5左右）在安全性rating上沒一輛美國車在排行榜上， 不知為何？這有點counter intuitive..請大家指教，謝謝！
