首先要保留證據

自己寫好證詞（事故陳述），要是有朋友啥的提供證詞就更好。拍好照片等。然後把車拿去做個修車預估。然後聯係Walmart和廠商要求賠償。如果不遂，在你所在的州的consumer board那裏file一個compliant。一般小額的賠償到這一步就應該有結果了。
