急請教：二手車年份和Milege-到底如何選？

正糾結於兩輛日產車（Lexus），一個年份是2014年一個是2015年，Millege倒是2014年那個再低個20k左右，在價位差不多的情況下，如何選擇啊？墾請各位支招。。。
