下雨後不能啟動

昨天下了整夜的大雨，不知道為什麽駕駛座地毯濕透了，其他地方都是幹的，窗子好像也沒問題，今天不能啟動，jump start 錄像大家幫忙看看是什麽問題，多謝啦
