最近Idle時偶爾車身抖動一次馬上消失

會不會是ignition coils的問題？2007 MB CLK350. 上次cylinder 1 misfire，燈亮了。換了6個spark plugs問題解決。沒有換ignition coils.現在報警燈還沒亮，如何診斷是否是ignition coil還是其他什麽問題？我有個MB code reader可以讀一些code.
