翻跟鬥上車

把重物（洗衣機）的A側靠著車廂後沿，靠緊。

搬起重物的B側，既不靠車廂的一邊。

B側按A側為中心旋轉，A側靠在車廂上不動。

待B側升高至A,

then push B to move the subject into the VAN.

For the safety, you still need two people to work.
