這樣的clamp怎麽鬆開

準備搞transmission fluid change. 今天鑽到車底下看了一下torque converter的 drain plug, 發現藏在一個小洞後麵還不是垂直的，比較麻煩。邊上這種固定wires的鐵夾子誰見過，該怎麽鬆開？
