雖說此兄是看不下去、可能伸張正義的做法，但是占用應急車道被抓要罰單的。

  • Ticket – Riding the shoulder and using the shoulder as a lane—if not an emergency or highway vehicle—is illegal. If caught, you could be issued a moving violation ticket of anywhere between $25 and $150.
