我幹脆把它去掉了。

樓上幾位回答的沒搞清楚問題，不是bushing防塵套，而是slide pin 頂端的小橡膠圈。

it has to do with lead pin and trailing pin and the vibration/chatter absorption of the rubber is on the trailing pin.
