after 3 days parked on the parking pad, i lost power steering. it became stiff, unneuverable. googled online and found a lot of complaints for the same issue on focus, cmax and fusion. i thought ford did poor job.
yesterday i drove my car to a nearby ford dealer for a diagnosis. the tech yelled: rodent! rodent chewed your wires!
paid diagnosis fee of $130, and drove back. now need to find the wires of "pscm" and see if i can reconnect the broken ones, or get a new cable ... sigh!
(dealer wanted $525 to replace the cable, i declined).
