the periodic change is the nature of the universe. Saying "too much CO2" is definitely arguable. In fact in the dianosaur time had warmer temperature than now. Saying "we need stop global warming" simply like Mao said "People can conquer the nature". However, by thermal dynamics, in theory current combustion engine should have room to get better yield
