It is a pity to have a new car scratched. If I were you, I would not park my car next to ulgy cars.

One time, I parked my SUV at Home-Depot parking lot. A fat guy opens his door and bumped to my car. I got this insurance info and filed a report. His insurance is so cheap. I only got $200 for the scratch. But it is better than nothing.
