by reading the content and values, basically you will know how the engine's health is like.  for example, if it contains high volume of aluminum, it may indicate that the bearing(s) or piston(s) are being worn.  if water is high, that sure says the gasket is in trouble that the coolant has got into the oil system  - you'll need to run away from it...
