車禍求問

高中生兒子說做別人的車，在卡車的中間位置，他伸腿時不小心踩到油門，結果車撞到前麵的車，對方叫來爸爸，而不是警察，也沒有 police report. 現在 driver 的叔叔認為是我兒子的責任，要由我們負全部責任。

因為沒有 police report. 我們也不能用保險，這樣的情況，我們該怎麽處理？

據說是車撞得很糟，但沒有人受傷？事情是昨天的， 兒子剛剛才告訴我。
