召回過的車又出了同樣的問題，可以找dealer嗎？

今年買的車在召回的範圍，當時沒覺得什麽問題但還是開到dealer那裏看過了，說是fix了。前幾周在一個下坡的地方出現了召回的問題，方向盤控製不了車的方向了，滑到路邊撞到了石頭。請教一下，像這樣的情況可以找dealer賠償嗎？是不是應該換一輛車啊？很擔心以後還會出類似的事情。
