這個車值得買嗎？

2015年的toyota corolla LE 4d sedan。原是出租車公司的開了一年33000賣。兩
個月前有個事故。MODERATE DAMAGE REPORTED.

查KBB，私人價格大約12000刀(good 11840, very good 12300, excellent 12580)
。自稱是dealer的老印開價11400，我還10900，老印很痛快地接受了。

這車值得買嗎？
