有關這次側撞事故的一個問題，大家討論

如果大巴看見小車橫著開進自己的車道，沒有急刹車減速，就是說如果大巴急刹車了，事故也許沒有這樣慘烈。

這時候，大巴司機有沒有車禍的責任？

 

我的看法是，大巴司機沒有車禍的責任。小車司機需要負全責。
