請教行家，哪種機油更適合我的車。

Amazon 上賣的價格也差不多。我的車是Passat , 2001 160K.

車手冊推薦5w40機油，但說的很靈活，如果5w40 麽有的話，用5w30.

所以這機油網站上，給我推薦了七八種機油，5w40, 0w40 and   5w30

我還是買5w40吧，老車還是用稠一點的機油。可這兩種5w40, 我看不出有啥不同。
