修車的人沒經俺許可就動窗子，現在窗子拿手就能上能下，現用膠帶固定著

靠司機的窗子一直有小問題（見下邊英文），所以俺一直不開. 今天去修車是因為引警燈亮. 可是他沒事動俺窗子，還說要修是２００刀. 現在窗子變糟了拿手就能上能下， 現用膠帶固定著

2001 Toyota Corolla

The drivers side power window will lower with no problem. But when I press the switch to raise the window it only moves a short distance (less than an inch) By driving for a while and then pressing the switch it will again ries a little. I can continue to do this until the window has been closed.

I have a small toolkit for home use. Can I be able to open the door and try to fix it. How? Please help.
